Everybody seems taken by Hal, understandably so. I like him a lot too. But John Stewart? It's been a long time since I so instantly globbed onto a character. His life is tragic in so many ways, but the show isn't content to drown in that misery. So cathartic to watch him grow.

I binged Lanterns a few days ago and I still can't stop thinking about it. I don't even LIKE binging shows, but it had a primordial hold on me and I couldn't step away. Incredible TV. It's extra impressive as someone who had negative interest in Green Lantern as a story going in.

I can't really imagine sitting down and playing this for an extended session. I already struggled to get through older games and felt exhausted even after Path of Radiance and the GBA one. This would probably kill me if I devoted too much.

There are maybe one or two lines in Hi-Fi Rush that I don't like. I don't really see the comparison. I'm not done with Neon White so maybe the story gets better, but it makes about the worst first impression I could imagine. I actually enjoy following the Hi-Fi Rush cast.

There is something about Neon White's writing that is excruciating to sit through. I am almost at the point of skipping the cutscenes altogether so I can simply bask in the flow of mastering these beautiful levels. I keep getting taken out of it by some of the lowest grade anime/VN dialogue.

I feel so weird about the Ocarina of Time remake. I don't tend to like these kinds of remakes. I really don't like the Demon's Souls one. This feels very similar to that. But then they show stuff like picking up your actual Ocarina noises. I look at screenshots and feel good about art direction?
