I don’t ask AI to write for me, that would be weird and unethical. But I do ask it to find me links to save me from getting confused while searching through websites trying to find where the information I actually need has been tucked away. Usually an AI link request saves me half an hour or more.

All things are not equally appropriate for all people, which does not then negate that most things are actually helpful to some. Being able to ask what was I talking about an hour ago and pick up my train of thought is a helluva TBI hack. “Finish this phrase” helps with aphasia.
