The US uses 500,000 tonnes of diesel per day so 300,000 Tennessee in October is 15 hours worth of diesel. How is that going to bring the price of diesel down? What a joke this is. Why doesn't the media point out this calculation which was easy for me to show. Come CNN and MSNOW get on the ball.
