I either can not focus because there's too many things and even if they have clear priorities (x is due tomorrow, y is due in a week, etc), I can't figure out how to start, OR, I hyper-focus on one thing (regardless of lowness of priority) to the exclusion of ALL other things, incl. self-care. 🫠

Today, out of the blue maybe just when I needed it most, a friend said to me: "Love you. You are a total package human being." It might be the nicest thing I've ever had anyone say to me.

Could you do me a favor, if you see this post? Could you please share something that brings you joy? I'm struggling right now: emotionally & physically, and while I am most assuredly striving to count my own blessings, it would help me to see/know what uplifts YOU, too. ♥

I've been seriously ill for quite some time... but came back to the odd commentary here & there about sims stories featuring some very graphic depiction of disturbing content? IDK what all went down, and that's okay, I don't need to, but what I do want to say is: 1/

I'm happy for everyone who is happy about the re-release of TS1, and TS2. As someone who bought both, bought each and every expansion for both, and who had the entire (TS2) collection well before they released it digitally (for free), let me assure you I understand the love for the games 1/

Kikii Plays @kikiiplays.bsky.social · 31/01/2025

So, question about this, then - for those of us who have had TS2 all along, for whom its still installed and we've been playing it all this time ... it's pay for fixes, right? Because I can tell you MY TS2, which has been installed for years now, certainly doesn't have any of these.

030

Kikii Plays @kikiiplays.bsky.social · 31/01/2025

I'm having a hard time not being cynical about TS1 & TS2 re-releases. I already have TS2 Ultimate Collection, so even if that came with something unique & interesting, if the price point is too high, I wouldn't be able to justify it to myself. Only thing I don't still have is TS1. 1/
