The worlds tallest wind turbine will continue growing until morale improves

There was a tweet a while back that was something like "Failure to accept the truth that Donald Trump is bisexual will leave you unable to understand future events as they transpire" and I mean, yeah?

Although funnily enough, I know exactly one hardcore special forces career military dude and aside from him being kinda short, he is a tank

His stump speech has collapsed into like 4 go-to lines he remembers. At a basic level, all else aside, he is a boring old has-been and I don't know that this will matter, it was true in 2024 also, but maybe it can matter?

Strictly on inflation rate, that $7.84 would be $19.28 today. Is there anywhere in America where you could get two meatball subs, tuna on wheat and two lemonades for $20?

Or a $17 tuna melt if you'd prefer

The spot he ordered from isn't there anymore but you can get a breakfast burrito nearby for $18 with a $4 lemonade if you'd like

"He looks like shit" is a decent bluesky search if you want to occassionally check in on how mr. big boy is doing without it being a whole thing

Call it the legacy of suburbs. We built these car centric detached and isolated enclaves with no walkability or culture and now have tools to allow young people to move through them effectively without cars, gotta meet that where it is imo

This is a somewhat hot take but I agree with this article overall. We need to be having a more serious conversation about what micro mobility offers and how to build that up than just slamming it all as a menace or looking to restrict and ban it.

Look. I know I go on about this all the time, but MIDNIGHT DINER is legitimately one of the best TV shows I have ever seen. Ever. As in, in my entire life. It's on Netflix. It is beautful.

I'm a bit frustrated by it too, a year or so ago he looked like he was ready to go any given day and I've long thought they're probably covering up some health stuff. But the damned thing is, whatever treatments he's receiving do appear to be working, too and he's still stumbling along just the same

Ironically, I think he stopped wearing lifts in his shoes because his ankles are so swollen and this has probably helped his gait/stairs if anything

And he got down them fine? I get wanting to read the tea leaves of his imminent demise and all, I agree that he looks like shit and acts like shit and is a piece of shit but this is also just an 80 year old walking down stairs basically fine.

As much as I do tend to agree that Trump's health is deteriorating in real time, I think this clip is just him walking to his side of the end of the carpet.

We taxied around for a while and then wound up circling back to the gate, after much confusion, it was announced that a passenger was being "abusive" and they had been removed from the plane. Passenger near me cried out "Just duct tape them and let's goooo"
