One way to regulate your ADHD child’s screen time, as an ADHD parent, is to just get locked in a never ending cycle of them forgetting to charge the device, letting them yell at you for not charging it for them, telling them you’ll charge it, and then absolutely forgetting to charge it.

Rolled out of bed and dislocated my elbow at age 3. Decided in the ER that I wanted to be a “bone doctor.” Then got obsessed with forensics in high school and wanted to be a pathologist. Was pre-med until I took genetics my junior year of college and fell in love.
