I work for a well known Halloween retailer and I'm someone who takes halloween very seriously. Many people don't know that a dark blue pumpkin bucket being held by an older trick-or-treater is meant to signify that the individual is autistic.

I'm having trouble sleeping, not eating well, not exercising. I'm working 40 hours on my feet & I still cannot get everything done that the company wants, so I bring the paperwork home. I'm always on the phone answering questions or having to find coverage for call outs. Fuck capitalism. I'm burnt.

I used to ask my mother to proof read my papers. It's so easy to miss our own mistakes because we know what we are trying to say. Today I ask my assistant managers to proof read my schedules for the same reason. There is much to be said for a second pair of eyes.

I'm a survivor of Anorexia Nervosa and I understand that this is trying to show the difference in quantities. But, it is very important to point out that there is no protein or healthy fats on the right. Neither side alone represents a healthy and sustainable diet.
