fix: remove Photoshop from user-facing strings (#1985) (#2008)
The app still showed the Adobe Photoshop name in several user-visible strings. Per the product rule (user-facing text says PhotoCraft only), none of these mention Photoshop now.

Yeah I know the jazz defektors, did one album on factory I think. For me Blakey, Roach and elvin jones are the three best jazz drummers from the bop era, in the post bop/modal era Jack DeJohnette takes some beating
