The second I walked into Shameful Tiki, I thought, “this is the platonic ideal of a Tiki bar.” Darke, mysterious, very old-school, 1930s to 1970s type Tiki. The drinks were fantastic. The service was great. And they played exotica and surf and everything was wonderful.

This week has been kind of hard with my knee hurting and being unable to do a lot of things I usually do. Tomorrow, I finally get to go on vacation and I’m hoping the knee doesn’t ruin it too much. But part of my vacation is a cruise, so hopefully it will just be about chilling.
