I used a dyslexia friendly font in my TTRPG in part, but not exclusively, because one of my players is dyslexic and I was creating the game for my friends first. I think it's a small thing that doesn't cost anything to do (Open Dyslexic is free). I would encourage everyone to do it.

Introduce yourself as what almost killed you: Hi, I'm a tow truck that hit Kentifer while they were walking across the street. Luckily my driver did stop and call 911, but Kentifer was in the hospital for 2 1/2 weeks and on crutches for another month. Physical and mental injuries, but still here.

I offhandedly mentioned a zoo in the city they were in. They spent the whole session at the zoo looking at animals. One of them ate a penguin. And honestly I'm grateful because I had very little planned for that week. It's a legendary session at our table.
