My hearing in my left ear is not great due to "congestion." So the PA put me on allergy meds and Flonase to clear it up. The last time the doctor put me on allergy meds I tried to climb the walls. Wish me luck.

Around 2018, when I was diagnosed, I opened up about my depression and anxiety. It took a little while longer for me to be diagnosed with ADHD, but then I talked about it too. I am now writing more about my bipolar 2 diagnosis. It was harder to be open about because of family history and stigma.
