i think what's happening is my body has 'recovered' from much of what was weighing it down, my physical form is in decent shape for the first time in 20 years and it's now capable of going faster than my mind. i think the emotional exhaustion is just my mind scrambling to keep up with a working body

i always forget how much worse my joint pain is when it's cold, especially in my hands. autumnal allergies hit like a truck and not letting up. still very eerie that we were in an extended heatwave here until the very first day of fall. just went to sleep once and woke up in a different season. brrr
