Lol yeah I haven't gotten AC yet. I'm taking my time with each DLC so I can identify what I like out of each one individually, and also so I don't get overwhelmed with all the content all at once. I feel like buying the full DLC bundle along with the base game all at once would absolutely suck lol

This just further reinforces to me how incredibly important it is to release games and updates in a *complete state* as players' initial impressions of a product absolutely color the way they see that product long after it gets fixed. Cyberpunk 2077, for another example.

As someone who started playing Risk of Rain 2 only a couple months ago and just bought the Seekers of the Storm DLC today (avoiding the whole year's worth of patches and roadmaps to fix the initial disaster of a release), I genuinely think this DLC is my favorite thing in RoR2, period.

From what I've seen, the dev kit shortages are an intentional choice by Nintendo to reduce shovelware. The absolute smallest one-person dev teams seem to be the only ones struggling now. Considering I'm subtweeting games like Risk of Rain 2 and Deep Rock Galactic, they have no excuse.

I knowwww I'm so upset 😭😭😭 I still haven't bought SotS or AC yet, I'm going through them slowly one at a time, and I need to buy each DLC twice so my daughter can play them too (she's obsessed as well). But I absolutely will be getting them!

I'm very glad I jumped into the game after all the SotS drama resolved, but also, I play on Switch so I'm real sad I won't be getting anymore updates. 😭 I hope they eventually decide to do a Switch 2 edition.

It's so amazing, I love it so much
