Yeah he had to say that. I guess he asked to bifurcate the case so he didn’t have to go that route but the judge didn’t want to do that. I don’t think she’s truly getting a fair trial

Agree however I think the conversation at Lindsay’s expense is a no. I’m an ICU nurse. There is 0 chance body temp went to 82 in 30 minutes,zero that she tried 4 ways to kill herself all at once, 0 chance her heart rate was 57 during any part of this. If she went up stairs her heart rate was NOT 57

Per the judge she’s innocent this is an allegation and the burden of proof is on the prosecution. I’m no lawyer but she didn’t confess and they must prove she’s guilty and they sure didn’t!

It’s just a part of the legal game. There is WAY more evidence that her ex husband did it than her. She didn’t confess and if you’ve watched it all you know that her attorney thinks Patrick did it. I think this is a LONG way from over.

@nytimes.com the Daily podcast today states that Lindsay Clancy strangled her kids. You don’t know this, no one knows what happened. She has been accused of this based her ex husband’s telling of the story. There’s way more evidence for his involvement than hers. Bad reporting.

That was me back in the day. Once I had a bite of my lunch bagel in my mouth which was still there once the situation cleared. Once my co worker had morning sickness and had to stop off in bathroom to get sick and then ran to catch up with me and the crash cart. 😂. Saving lives is what we live for.

Well guess what we’re different people. All I’m saying is HELP these freaking people. Public transit is not a homeless shelter. Most people don’t like being in close spaces with people heavy on drugs, stepping over bodies and vomit etc. I’m Glad u enjoy it I don’t.

I will say unfortunately Minneapolis has a real problem. It’s complex. The light rail is warm, people can get on without paying and free wi Fi. It’s basically a mobile homeless shelter. Drugs, people passed out cold. I don’t feel safe on it. When it started it was amazing I took it daily, now nope.
