3 (of 150) bovine vets had serologic evidence of H5N1 despite: 1) no known exposure to infected animals; 2) no respiratory symptoms. Clearly there is a broad spectrum of clinical disease, and not all H5N1 is "highly pathogenic". (p.s. good to have mmwr back!) www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes...
