Well, Pyre could. When I tried with anything more complicated than a cracked window, the many pieces slipped from my grasp. But Pyre was good enough to call smoke from the air and ash from the ground to bring a burning log back to whole (…sort of. The log was always lighter than before it had met the flame, and crumbled easily. Pyre said there was something missing, something he couldn’t call back. We were still experimenting.). Fixing a room full of broken items was child’s play for him. At the moment, my magic was useful as nothing but a power source for Pyre to use, and he did, each element of the room rising in bright waves to reunite with its fellows in glittering arcs.
