Reuploading this Magical Girl Vivian sticker sheet I did uhhh 2 years ago because Vivian is a much cooler, healthier witch to draw fanart of, IMO. #CombotronArt

A sticker sheet of art of Vivian from Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door, cosplaying as various other magical characters. Includes cosplays of Doremi Harukaze (Magical DoReMi), Sakura Kinomoto (Cardcaptor Sakura), Minky Momo (Magical Princess Minky Momo), and Chibiusa (Sailor Moon). The sheet also included a Mistake from Paper Mario items, and Doopliss making some faces I saw on Inugami Korone's fuzzball form.

Watching a friend finish Klonoa 2 & talking about the Klonoa franchise together reminded me it'd be nice to repost this comic I made after beating Klonoa Door to Phantomville (spoiler warning) [1/2] [August 2022] #Comic #Comics #Klonoa

Panel 1: Klonoa's grandpa sits outside underneath his windmill. 'I was prepared to die alone.'
Panel 2: Grandpa look onto a young family of 3 playing in the fields. 'For one reason or another, I never found myself forging a family of my own.'
Panel 3: Closeup of Grandpa smoking his pipe. 'It's far too late for me to change this. I accepted this fact a long time ago.'

Panel 1: The shadow silhouettes of Grandpa talking with Huepow in his prince form. 'When I agreed to the prince's plan, I did it out of a desire to save my world.'
Panel 2: Grandpa looks at the tiny figure of the dream traveler arriving from over the hill in the distance. 'When we finally met....'
Panel 3: Closeup of Klonoa, beaming with joy as he yells 'Grandpa!'
Panel 4: 'It's so great to see you again!' Klonoa throws himself into a hug at his grandpa, who looks surprised at the sudden gesture. Huepow (ring form) wordlessly tries to get Klonoa to calm down before he tips his Grandpa over.
Panel 5: Grandpa finds his footing and sweats as he tells the boy still clinging to him 'C-Calm down boy! I'm not as spry as I used to be!'

Panel 1: Klonoa looks up at his grandpa, a mischievous grin on his face
Panel 2: Grandpa can't help but be endeared by the sweet sincerity of this boy who thinks he is his grandson
Panel 3: Grandpa returns Klonoa's hug, resting a hand on the boy's head. '...It's great to see you too, Klonoa.'
Panel 4: Grandpa breaks away from the hug, a confident smile on his face as he gets into his role. 'Now, what do you need from your ol' Grandpa?'
Panel 5: Wordless panel as Grandpa tells Klonoa and Huepow about the mysterious amulet they found and gives them the backstory needed for them to start their adventure

Panel 1: Klonoa and Huepow run off to start their adventure. Klonoa looks back to give his grandpa one last smile and a wave goodbye. Huepow waves goodbye too, with a wink and a knowing smile.
Panel 2: Grandpa waves goodbye from his chair.
Panel 3: Grandpa returns to his pipe as he looks away to ponder the meeting.
Panel 4: Grandpa looks up at the clouds in the sky. 'Klonoa...'

6 humans lined up:
-Aqua is a freckled girl with an overall dress and a red ribbon in her hair and a knife in her hand
-Orange is a skinny twig with braids and a determined grin and a goofy bandana with abs drawn on it
-Blue is a black kid with cornrows, a tutu and ballet flats, and a rainbow hoodie
-Purple is a tiny little brown nerd with braces and oversized galsses and clothes
-Green is a fat, sweet looking red head

A wip comic page that has been inked but no colors or text on it as of yet. Agent 8 manages to roll away, and presents herself to the enemy, who stares blankly before shooting at her, much to her confusion (the final comic will provide context for why 8 thought just presenting herself unarmed would deter any attacks)

TADC finale reminding me of the time I was sick & decided to rewatch whatever Bear In the Big Blue House episodes I could find online and got Incredibly Emo over Bear and the Moon

Sometimes when I'm sick I like to watch shows made for preschoolers
[the opening theme song for Bear in the Big Blue House plays]

Bear: Hi! [sniff] What's that smell? [sniff sniff sniff] It's you! You smell terrific! Oh, but you always smell good~
The cartoonist in her delirious unfiltered state: I bet Bear would be a good boyfriend

The cartoonist: Oh man, I remember how each episode ends with the moon....
Bear: This is where I go to meet a very special friend of mine!
The Bear and and Luna look at each other with a soft love in their eyes.
Bear: Hi Luna.
Luna: Hello, Bear. Tell me, what happened in your Big Blue House today?
The cartoonist is dumbfounded at the bottom

The cartoonist mentally screams and cries as she realizes HE'S IN LOVE WITH THE MOON!!! AND SHE LOVES HIM BACK!!!!

I tried to base this list around games where I have actively bought extra copies of/gifted my copy of/sought out an audio book version of solely so I could share with friends

9 Steam Games I want to spread:
- Live A Live - man!!! a fun series of different ways to approach RPGs that then blend together to become a narrative about toxic masculinity!!!!
- Klonoa Remakes - Look man I just need more people to play Klonoa 1 and 2
- Of the Devil -
- Undertale - A game that I thought I would have to dedicate my life to yelling at people to play, but then it actually became incredibly famous and I don't have to do that! Wild!!! You should still play it and read some analysis essays and talk to me about it!!!
-Deltarune - Look I literally just read a fantastic essay and just started to grapple with how much larger a text and scope Deltarune is. Man I need my full time job to be playing Deltarune and writing up analysis essay for it
-Umineko When They Cry - Ideally you would play Higurashi beforehand, but look I was so happy when I was able to find the closest thing to an audio book so my friend could read it (and guess what!! They loved it!!!)
- Disco Elysium - definitely a more complicated legacy now, from Zaum to all the guys on Hinge choosing it as their answer to my 'what's a game that changed your life' prompt, but I did literally buy a copy for my brother so he could play it
- Jimmy and the Pulsating Mass - one of the first examples I thought of where it did have a profound emotional impact on me but it's a bit slow to start and might lose a lot of players as a result
-Frog Detective - My favorite thing is showing this game to friends and we do goofy voices together :)

Doodle 2: Fem!Builder calmly and contentedly hold hands with Malroth. This show of affection seems to fuck him up even more then the exaggerated smooches.

Doodle 1: Masc!Builder eagerly smooches Malroth, who smiles and blushes at the show of Affection Between Bros (it is just as romantic as the one with fem!Builder, but it's hidden under layers of 'Smooching the homies')
Doodle 2: Malroth quotes a tumblr screenshot from user jame7T "Dude, where's my kissy. Where's my fuckin snuggies bro."
