You can't possibly say, "definitely," in this situation! Look at her closely. Look at her proportionately to the other people! 18 and 21 is not younger than the age of adulthood. It is adulthood. We use "girl," to describe young women, but it also can mean *any age female child - zero and up.*

Also I disagree that "girl" is non-age-specific. Its connotation depends on context. In the context used, it implied "minor" or "child." Commenters ran with it. Look I don't have any problem with you or your posts, I just care about facts!

Yes you are right - your statements about the flight details were factual. My issue was with the implication that she was a child, and the subsequent comments that assumed that to be true.

The burden of proof should be on the OP. I'm just stating my opinions. I'm not perpetuating anything. I consider ICE to be wrong and abhorrent regardless of her age. What I have issues with is people getting upset over an unverified claim, and taking it as absolute fact.

Because other, similar videos have had similar claims made about them, which were similarly wrong. All I'm saying is that I don't think this person looks like a child. If OP doesn't have verification that she is, it shouldn't be claimed or implied.

I found information that pertains to a different video, not this one. But I don't think she looks like a child. I think she looks like a short adult woman. I could be wrong - but so could everyone saying she's a child.

Being intoxicated is not a crime. Rape is a crime. Taking advantage of someone who is intoxicated is not justified by their intoxication. Stop expecting women to change their non-criminal behavior, and start expecting men to be better people.
