First starter harvest is always a special feeling. I leaf harvest rather than whole plant harvest and that way it is a continuous bounty for months on end. With chard, it can be a couple of years. In the next few weeks, there will be basketfuls of greens at a time. But Nothing will taste this good!

I’ve started showing up for myself my body - at least 2x a week, I hit the treadmill for 20 min intense walk and 30 mins of yoga + a slow grazing breakfast w. Focus on macro nutrient balance, hormone support - supporting my chronic anemia, endo. 2 mths: results have been rapid, physically notable.

Rain at last!!! I almost cried seeing the snow on the top our mountains today. The chicks were absolutely clueless - just stood in the yard drenched and confused asking for their mommy to come and sort them out - I had to go and show them that their run was the best place to be today 💕

So we know journaling is effective mental health - but how many of us actually commit to it. It can feel overwhelming or just too much demand or energy. But yesterday I showed up for myself and started to journal. The flow of the pen. The release. Woah. The regulating / somatic effect was immediate.
