It is crawling with disinformation so you've got to be ... wary of strangers, I guess, but if you know who's talking, you get a good starting point. It's not fun like it was tho, at least not in the anglosphere.

I kept my account to squat on my identity but yeah I stick my head in from time to time. I don't just scroll the timeline anymore, but I have specific searches and people to check.

We used to call those press pizzas. Now that you mention it, I suspect it wasn't a widespread name but a way to avoid that one.

I've noticed it. For one of my own communities, it's a massive benefit that twitter will run under extremely adverse conditions and on any phone. Here, and mastadon for that matter, that's not true at all. People have to use what works.

Not trying to get on the relevant feed here but LC symptoms we noticed early: brain fog. And I feel like people don't really understand it til it happens to them. It's not being flaky, it's whole CONCEPTS are missing from your brain. Sleep disruption. Nightmares.
