These balls are "arancini". They are fried risotto balls with a meat ragù and pea center. If done right they are TDF. These were just ok. Theres another type with ham and mozzarella inside, which I like better. #italy #food #travel

I have gained 15kg (33lbs) since 2020, due to covid, #ankylosingspondylitis, perimenopause & emotional eating. The AS makes it hard to do much but I'm proud of myself for a 1 hr walk yesterday.

African Elephants are my favorite land animal species, by far. During yesterday’s earthquake, my babies at the San Diego Zoo reacted to the quake, immediately protective of their most-vulnerable Community members. Humans could learn SO much from these beauties, if we’d just humble ourselves. 🐘🐘
