And I ended it up in hospital after protecting my indoor cats from my neighbours breeding Tom. Got bitten and scratched so badly I needed surgery. Keep your cats indoors peeps and get them done. There are enough cats.

I had outdoor cats when I was still living at home with my parents. They all died, run over or killed by Farmer poisons. My two indoor cats are 14. They potter in my garden for short periods but only when I am out due to the aggressive outdoor cats.

Go wherever makes you happy x Scotland is small place not far to travel anywhere. And honestly your furniture business would translate here as well.

But the journey was worth it am sure. All skies and hills. I grew up North and West Scotland but for big skies East is best x

The good thing about Scotland is it's wee. Bad thing is roads are shit as you found out!

Spectacularly bad day at work. I facilitated another data breach (minor) because *checks notes* my co-worker failed to do her job accurately, again, and I stupidly didn't check her work was accurate -caught 4/5 so could have been worse. Very fucking tired of this.

Fair enough, accept my comment on replacement was wrong. Stick by my post on practices in retail relying on reduced hours contracts and minimal wages adding to benefits bill. Wondering if the new 'work placement' schemes are replacing the Saturday jobs for teenagers, you know when they got paid

These corporate buggers are the 'scroungers'. Part time or zero hours contracts, minimum wage. Just under the cusp means people have no choice as they can't survive without benefits. And forbid you take some overtime as a worker 'cause that will bite you as well.
