Appears Rwandan-AFC/M23 is renegading on this agreement. SAMIDRC forces may have to withdraw from Goma/Sake via road, through Rwanda to Tanzania. The push by the Congolese Army (FARDC)/Wazalendo this past week have retaken positions from M23 & infiltrated Goma, panicking M23. /1
