The thing about Kendrick’s previous albums is that by the time you get to the end of the you almost feel drained and you want to take some time to properly digest everything you just heard. With “GNX” is so straight to the point that by the time it’s over you wish there was more.

I’m grateful that despite what’s going on around me that I’m able to see another day of life. Survived the things I survived, rebuilding my relationship with God, myself, & my family. Grateful to still have my hope & dreams of what my life will look like. I’m grateful to just be present
