I’ve been enjoying collecting Pokémon cards so much. It has been healing my inner child. The only problem is that I have adult money now(unlike when I was a child/teen collecting) and I start overspending to feed my addiction lmao 😭

I just started collecting Pokémon cards again, and I feel like I have been fighting for my life. This is not fun anymore. I am so over scalpers. 🫩

My first Mii of the game and I’ve ONLY been working on it for over an hour… 🫩 lmao. It’s definitely not as easy as it looks. She’s coming along nicely!~

I kinda miss the world before social media happened and all of the loud noise where kid me would go to a store buy a game because it simply looked cool then take it home and 9/10 enjoy the fuck out of it.

Can’t believe I had to give this game up after finding out about the blatant racism in game. Sad times, but I just refuse to support racism of any kind. Now, I’m just impatiently waiting for ✨Loftopia✨!!!

I am lowkey ADDICTED to Heartopia lmao. It’s such a fun, cozy little game. It’s taken all my free time over the last week and a half.

Can’t focus on reading longer than 10 minutes at a time. There’s just so much happening in the world rn.. I’ve been constantly overwhelmed/overstimulated. Anyway, I ended up starting Love Through a Prism on Netflix. I’m really enjoying this anime so far!~

Real life is so shit right now. But it’s perfectly ok to find something that helps you escape so you don’t carry that mental burden nonstop. Take a break. Read a book, grab an instrument, draw a picture, play video games. We have a responsibility to fight oppression, but it’s still ok to rest.

I ended up reading Katabasis for a few hours today. It took a bit to get into, but i’m starting to really like it so far. Not long ago I just started watching A Sign of Affection anime, and i absolutely looooove it. Yuki is so freakin’ adorable! 🥹

What’s happening in the world(more specifically, the U.S) is pure evil and chaos. I’m not sure I even have the words to describe my rage and disgust. Doing my absolute best to try to find some solace within the things I love and enjoy. Don’t forget to take moments for yourself to decompress.

My favorite part of reading is when a book gets so good you have to set it down, (finger marking the page), and just let your mind be blown for a minute before picking it back up again.

You may protect your peace from politics but please remember that is a privilege that some do not have. Speak up for your communities and those being affected by ICE and this administration in your area! Do what you can, speak up, participate locally, and don't be complacent!

Abolish and prosecute ICE. They did a murder in broad daylight today. Imagine what they're doing in the closed facilities we're somehow not even allowed to see.

i also just think its INSANE that ICE is allowed to go into a random city, kidnap people, SHOOT AND KILL people, and then LEAVE ‼️‼️ all the while, answering to no one. notifying no one. tim walz said they had no idea ice was planning this operation in minneapolis and now someone is dead.

At this point, choosing willful ignorance over being informed even on the hard things is siding with the oppressor. Evil thrives under you not caring or being too afraid to look.
