Week 3 QB chart is in A few takeaways: • Lamar: 90% on-target while still pushing it 8.6 yards downfield • Cousins quietly landed in a very pretty spot • Stroud led the league in aggression at a 13.2-yard average depth • Stafford kept pushing it, but the accuracy fell off a cliff • Bo Nix wyd

Four running backs whose current prices leave too little room for upside in 2026, from @justinedwards.bsky.social:
4for4.com
4 Overvalued Fantasy Football Running Backs for 2026
Not every selection you make in a fantasy football draft will be a league winner and not every player you reach for while ignoring value will sink your season either. Despite that, you don’t want to leave too much value on the table as you head through your draft. I have picked out some of the running backs who are currently coming off the board too early for my liking. Because of perceived regression, too much competition in their backfield, or a lack of true week-winning upside, these are 2026’s most overvalued running backs.

When should you draft a tight end in 2026 fantasy football? I looked at TE ADP vs. half-PPR production over the last five seasons, and the answer is pretty clear: Either pay up for a real difference-maker, or wait for the right pocket of value.

How should you approach tight end in 2026? • Early-round difference-makers • Middle-round breakout candidates • Stable options in Rounds 9-10 • Late sleepers and dart throws @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down the position by draft slot ⬇️
4for4.com
When to Draft a Tight End in Your Fantasy Football League
Fantasy football is a game of relativity and, relatively speaking, the tight end position sucks. Last season, for example, by the time you got to the overall fantasy TE6 in Half-PPR scoring (Harold Fannin, 150.4 points), you already had the equivalent of the fantasy RB28 (Tyrone Tracy, 142.8 points) or the fantasy WR28 (Ladd McConkey, 147.9 points).

There is more than one way to draft running backs. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down four 2026 fantasy RB strategies: • Robust RB • Balanced RB • Zero RB • Anchor RB When to use them, when to avoid them, and how each build can look ⬇️
4for4.com
Breaking Down Fantasy Football Running Back Draft Strategies for 2026
There are several strategies to attack the running back position in your fantasy football draft, with many different —sometimes confusing— nomenclatures. While going into your draft with a cut-and-dried strategy and ignoring what is happening around you is never a great idea, it is important to know when and why to begin implementing one should the opportunity arise. Below I will outline the four most popular running back strategies, go over the positives and negatives of using each, and, most importantly, point out the best times for utilization.

Zero RB is harder to pull off in 2026. That does not mean it’s dead. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down early-round decisions, the RB dead zone, and the late-round backs who can make the strategy work ⬇️
4for4.com
Zero RB Targets and Implications in Fantasy Football
What was once a niche concept has wormed its way into the general fantasy football vernacular. The term “Zero RB” is now everywhere in our space, with many proponents and vehement deniers alike. It’s basically a roster-structure bet: fade the most fragile position early, prioritize high-end production at wide receiver, quarterback, and tight end, and then attack running back later, when uncertainty, injuries, role changes, and depth-chart flippenings can work in your favor.

Alec Pierce made real strides in 2025. More intermediate work. Better efficiency. A long-term deal. A bigger opportunity. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down why the fantasy profile is still hard to trust ⬇️
4for4.com
Alec Pierce Is More Than a Deep Threat, But Still Hard to Trust in Fantasy Football
Alec Pierce finally became more than just a cardio king in 2025. After years of living almost entirely on boundary snaps and low-percentage deep shots, the former second-round pick expanded his route tree, won more often over the middle of the field, and turned in the best fantasy season of his career. With Michael Pittman gone and the Colts investing in Pierce long-term, there is a clear case for another step forward.

Quinshon Judkins finished as a usable fantasy RB on a broken offense. The workload is there. The ceiling depends on Cleveland taking a step forward. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down the 2026 fantasy case ⬇️
4for4.com
Quinshon Judkins Has the Fantasy Football Workload, But Needs the Browns to Help
Quinshon Judkins’ rookie season was about as clean as a running back profile can be on a broken offense. The Browns immediately treated him like their Nick Chubb replacement, feeding him one of the league’s heaviest early-down workloads while rarely asking him to do much in obvious passing situations. That gave him enough volume to finish as a usable fantasy RB2/3, but Cleveland’s dead-last offensive environment kept the ceiling low.

Christian Watson has never been a clean fantasy bet. The 2026 case is getting closer. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down Watson’s efficiency, thinner Packers target tree, and WR2/3 upside ⬇️
4for4.com
Christian Watson’s Fantasy Football Case Is Finally Getting Cleaner
Christian Watson has spent most of his career as the kind of fantasy player who is easier to talk yourself out of than into. The injuries have piled up, the week-to-week volatility has been omnipresent, and Green Bay’s crowded receiver rotation has rarely allowed any one pass-catcher to fully separate. But Watson’s 2025 return from a torn ACL was too productive to ignore, and with Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks now out of the picture, the Packers may finally have enough clarity in the target tree for Watson’s efficiency to shine in fantasy.

Jake Ferguson has a real role in a good offense. He also has CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens ahead of him. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down why Ferguson looks more like a fallback TE than a priority target ⬇️
4for4.com
Jake Ferguson Is a Useful Tight End at the Wrong Fantasy Football Price
Jake Ferguson has become exactly the kind of tight end who can trick us in fantasy. He plays a full-time role, catches passes from Dak Prescott, operates in one of the league’s better offenses, and remains involved near the goal line. That is all useful. The problem is that George Pickens’ arrival pushed Ferguson further down the target hierarchy, leaving him more dependent on short-area looks and touchdowns than his current price suggests.

D’Andre Swift is not the most exciting RB pick. He might still be one of the more useful ones. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down Swift’s role in the Bears offense and why he remains a strong mid-round fantasy target ⬇️
4for4.com
D’Andre Swift Keeps Beating His Fantasy Football Reputation
D'Andre Swift has become one of fantasy football’s more reliable, annoying players. Every offseason seems to bring a new reason to question his role, workload, efficiency, or fit with the coaching staff, and yet he keeps finding his way back into the RB2 mix. After surviving the arrival of Ben Johnson and holding off Kyle Monangai long enough to finish as a top-16 back in half-PPR points per game, Swift once again enters draft season as a less exciting but very useful mid-round running back target.

4for4.com
Sam LaPorta’s Fantasy Ceiling Has Changed, But He’s Still a Strong TE1
Sam LaPorta’s rookie season set a standard that was always going to be hard to maintain. After immediately finishing as fantasy’s TE1, the former Iowa standout has remained efficient and attached to one of the league’s best offenses, but the target tree around him has gotten far more crowded.

Tyler Warren already looked like a featured piece. Now Michael Pittman Jr. is gone, Daniel Jones is on track, and the Year 2 ceiling is real. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down Warren’s path to the elite TE tier ⬇️
4for4.com
Tyler Warren Is Ready to Join Fantasy Football’s Elite Tight End Tier
Tyler Warren’s rookie season was good enough that we probably shouldn’t let the ending ruin the story. Before Daniel Jones’ Achilles injury sent the Colts’ passing game into the ground, Warren looked like an immediate difference-maker at tight end, earning first-read looks, red-zone targets, and designed touches in one of the league’s most efficient offenses.  Now, with Michael Pittman Jr. out of town and the Colts’ receiver room still unsettled, Warren may already be priced like a top-five tight end, but the path to an even bigger Year 2 role is very much alive.

10 Contract-Year Players to Watch in 2026 Fantasy Football
Contract-year narratives can get a little dangerous if we let them do too much work. We don’t need to pretend every player in the final year of his deal is suddenly going to unlock a new level because there’s money on the line. Football doesn’t really work that cleanly. Opportunity, health, offensive environment, age curves, and depth-chart competition still matter far more than a player’s contract status.

The best fantasy football league settings are the ones your league will actually enjoy. @justinedwards.bsky.social breaks down what works best for home leagues, experienced leagues, and managers looking to add a few new wrinkles in 2026. Full guide ⬇️
4for4.com
The Best Fantasy Football League Settings for 2026
Fantasy football leagues can get weird. One minute, you’re trying to set up a normal home league. The next, someone is pitching Superflex, third-round reversal, TE premium, median scoring, FAAB, draft pick trading, and a scoring bonus for every 100 yards. Some of that stuff is great. Some of it is unnecessary. Some of it depends entirely on whether your league is made up of first-time players, long-time degenerates, or 11 people who just want another reason to talk trash in the group chat.
