You're welcome everyone, I cracked and bought it a while back when it dropped to $20, after waiting for years and assuming it'd never go cheaper. I think I'm out of the refund period but I guess I should check.

It's official: The EPA has repealed a rule that would have directly saved thousands of lives by limiting fossil fuel emissions from power plants. Industry lobbyists successfully pushed for this repeal using surging demand from data centers as justification. The government chose AI over human lives.

I wonder how long until we have the same document releases for COVID, where they knew what it was capable of, but everyone had to rush back to normal. The next question is what percentage of the population would even believe it, despite all the literature already available?

I've been finding myself being much more active in scanning EVERYTHING I download on VirusTotal, even with another scanner running on my PC, even from "trusted" sites. It's feeling like there are far too many supply chain issues/hacked sites/etc.

So what's the mind-blowing gotcha here that's buried in the fine print somewhere? Because you know it's there. Will the disc still actively work on ANY system in the future, even mine if I have to replace systems? I can see where already-"ripped" disks could be blacklisted.

I wasn't able to be very involved last year (mostly just a filthy casual) and while it wasn't perfect I feel like it was the best recent season by a mile, and that there was fun to be had. It seems like everyone is miserable this year, fans and production included.

Massive agreement, the fact that Xitter is actively disabling people's accounts for the flimsiest/AI/bogus reasons, there's a significant issue of access to critical information. The website should be the #1 place to post, ALWAYS. Social media should just point there.

I normally hate when returning players from ANY show come in, it's usually just silly stunt casting (and people get star struck which IS happening), but Dee is playing with such reckless abandon she's really made the season for me.

There's pretty much no reason to listen to these jukebox stations over my own playlists. That said, non-local jocks just giving generic chatter can be annoying. Definitely miss the days of local DJs with knowledge of the music they play. Don't want TONS of talk but was the "value add".
