For anyone who was curious about what a regular lunch looks like for me - here you go. It can be porridge - buckwheat, rice, or wheat, sometimes meat or an egg, and of course, some vegetables. Today I have wheat porridge, a boiled egg on top with mayonnaise and black pepper, and some vegetables.
