may I suggest to you the magic of *SPUs* (soleus push-ups) for rapid decreasing of high post-meal blood glucose? do them 30 min after eating a high glycemic meal, for at least 15-30 min (you cannot tire the muscle doing this, just don't lift with the calves, push down with the ball of the foot!)
