So, not to be defeatist, but... The US Marshalls and FBI are both run by the DOJ, which is run by a Trump appointee. Great that people are suing...but who's going to enforce it? And this isn't speculation. Andrew Jackson came to the same conclusion in 1832. The courts have no enforcement power.
