Started a new tradition today! Baking bread for my day of Pride :)) I tried my own recipe based on Focaccia and I'm so SO excited to get fancy w it :3 Also makeup!!!!!!!

So now I sit, defeated, a will lost from my breath or maybe some- thing more. At any rate, I see now the sky as it sat through time for Galileo himself to witness. I put it again in my fist, I blow a kiss out to fields below. I sit and I reminisce to when I guessed the blue swam past my palms.

easily, I sigh when I recognize this. If not to bend and pull, if not to shape at my will, what sits the sky atop this hill- if not the loving lull of a time with blood less spilled. A hue of blue, or pink or something warm. It tells the same story as it did earlier today and the day before.

I grab the sky, folding it in my hands. Turning and twisting it, feeling it move through my fingers. Tickle my palms and love my angles. I blow air from my cheeks, trying and failing to push out air like my brothers had tried to teach me, time and time again. The birds take to this stuff so
