Trump is trying to deregulate crypto as his personal businesses get more involved in the industry. He also just gutted the DOJ team that investigates crypto fraud. This may be one of most overt conflicts of interest in presidential history and it's hardly a blip on the news.

Yes. And the 5th amendment to the US Constitution states: "No person shall be ... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law..." Notice it says "person", not "citizen". It makes no cutout for any subgroup. Other parts of the Constitution do, but not this part.
