The special bike carriage is wonderful. It even has a special section for larger bikes. Photo from a trip to Oban in February this year.

We're back! We've teamed up with @cyclinguk.bsky.social for a Glow Ride on Friday 24th October. Like us, they want to see more women cycling, and for councils to provide more safe infrastructure to enable that. Light up your bike with lights and sparkle and join us at Middle Meadow Walk at 7.30pm.

My wee car has 360° cameras at low speed, and audible warnings of any adjacent object/person. It also has automated braking if i drive towards a stationary object without braking. The tech is there, it just needs to be utilised.

On Valentines Day, time to go adventuring with my beloved. We found the legendary Highland Explorer bike carriage, what started start to the weekend!
A train carriage with a mural depicting acyclist riding through famous Scottish landscapes. A Bike with front bar bag leans against a pillar with a train behind. Through tree branches, a bright white hotel can be seen on the opposite side of the loch, under dark hills topped with snow.

I think you've completely misread my post and the context within the thread. It was a response to the suggestion that "cheap Chinese ebikes" were a good buy. Good legal ebikes are great, I have a couple of them.

What flaw? I choose to buy safe products from reputable manufacturers/retailers and operate them as directed. Are they then 100% safe? No, but the fire risk is significantly minimised.

It's an imitation of how Putin has behaved in Russia; expand the area of control, dominate neighbouring territories to bend to your interest not their own.

About 60% of the LFB figures. Buy a cheap ebike from Halfords or Decathlon, just steer clear of cheap conversions or unknown brands from Amazon/Alibaba/Temu etc

Traitors fact that changes how you watch it. The edit is done in two sections. The first edit is of the round table. Once that’s locked, they go back and make the round table seem inevitable, by editing the day’s footage to set up what you see at the end. That’s why it seems narratively strong.

I agree with you, and I suspect it's unlikely that anyone taking such a role is able to claim themselves. It would probably depend on HMRC taking a direct interest in either the agent or retailer.

Regardless of any other legality, I'd be very surprised if HMRC recognised this as "freelance" work. It would fail almost every criteria under IR35. No right of substitution, no choice of hours, no self management, no provision of own tools and equipment, etc...
