Probably about 15% of Scotch Whisky production stays in the UK. It's ludicrous that Scotland has to pay over £11, from EACH bottle, in Tax, to HMRC in Westminster. We're not even truthfully told the actual amount sold here. The UK Government knows EXACTLY, why wont they say?
