The key to the bannetton is to use Rice Flour! It makes all the difference. #EDUbread #sourdoughbread All that I know started with Brian Lagerstrom video. He recommended the baking sequence and temps. Variations after that occured based upon iteration and research. youtu.be/VEtU4Co08yY
