I know not everyone is as fortunate as I am, but the NHS let me down badly with my rotator cuff injury. I found a local private physio, she sorted it in 4 appointments and gave me exercises

Before I went on my first pro choice demo Mr W reminded me how long and how hard I had worked to be a solicitor and whilst he understood I have strong feelings, I should ensure that my feisty feminist head is off and my sensible solicitor head is on! Annoyingly he is right 🙄🙄🙄

Honestly, it was the closest I've ever come to losing my place on the Roll. I had the red mist and I wonder if I hadn't done parkrun that morning and couldn't lift my leg to get over the barrier, would I have crossed over and yelled in their faces and possibly been arrested?
