US embassies in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Israel have also issued their own warnings citing Houthi attacks.

NEW: The US House just narrowly passed a nearly $1.15 trillion annual defense policy bill. The vote was 216-212, with six Dems voting for the bill and seven GOP voting against it. Democrats blocked the Senate’s version of this last week, so it doesn't look good.
