FRONTIER5: Safety and patient experience of a direct switch from emicizumab to denecimig (Mim8) in patients with haemophilia A with or without inhibitors Single-arm study: 61 participants, 26 weeks; no thromboembolic events observed. Hermans et al. doi.org/10.1016/j.jt...
JTH infographic. FRONTIER5: Safety and patient experience of a direct switch from emicizumab to denecimig (Mim8) in patients with haemophilia A with or without inhibitors. Single-arm, open-label study: 61 participants followed for 26 weeks. Treatment-emergent adverse events were reported by 43/61 participants (70.5%), mostly mild or moderate; no thromboembolic events were observed. Among 59 respondents, 58 (98.3%) rated the pen-injector easy or very easy. Original Figure 2 plots geometric mean thrombin peak height with FVIII neutralisation over time for weekly, every-two-week and monthly denecimig dosing. Values rise into the shaded normal reference range after switching from emicizumab; error bars represent standard error of the mean. Hermans C and colleagues. DOI: 10.1016/j.jtha.2026.09.004.
