I'm surprised to hear my progressive friends criticizing more humane prisons and Ghislaine's transfer to a safer facility, especially after she faced serious danger in Tallahassee. The outrage machine wants to turn a safer placement into a scandal. But it's still prison.
And despite the soundbites, prison is a truly awful place.

My response on Twitter: Hello, Mr. Markus. Here is the BOP policy that says Out Custody is eligible for work details outside prison. Will you go on record that she will not be allowed outside despite her waiver?
Also, who authorized the waiver, and in exchange for what?
