Whatever the reasoning, striking Kyiv’s Northern Bridge with a drone in broad daylight, while civilians are using it, is deeply disturbing.
A drone strike is hardly going to bring down the bridge. It does, however, put people’s lives at risk and begs the question, what Russia is trying to achieve?
