Load testing of workouts with rehab-level volume continues this evening. Started a bit stiff, mobility and warmup solved most of it, and volume and weight being pretty light meant easier focus on slow tempo and good form. No issues. We will see how it feels in the morning, but 🤞🏻 it’s 📈 from here!

I got this Lord of Hatred sigil at BlizzCON bc it looked cool and I hadn’t gotten any other swag. But now I’m just wearing it bc it looks dope and sits perfectly. Kinda wish the others (Destruction and Terror) had their own in similar style. ✨ 🤓

It’s a beautiful game that seems to be well reviewed so far. I keep bouncing off the combat. I have just enough time between sessions to forget entirely how things work and end up just quitting. I just gotta focus on it. Writing and VO and game world are all A+ though!

I find myself increasingly annoyed at losing those parts of my younger, formative years that would have given me the social skills and confidence to do things like know how to flirt with people, entertain the idea of sexual encounters at gyms, and generally not be socially awkward 🐧around cuties 😤

oh nooo!! I did something like this a couple years ago where I tripped over my workout bench and fell backwards onto the corner of my very square dumbbells. It hurt and bled ~*a lot*~. Wishing you a speedy recovery! <3 (TIP: if that cut is deep, shower and clean aggressively until sealed up!)

It was only after I retuned to my car that I realized I just picked up a bag of PreP in my blue “HOMO” backwards hat and a shirt that says “Kind of a pig deal” featuring a cute cartoon pig in sunglasses. If only my real life were as interesting as my CVS PreP lewk might suggest. 😅 💅🏻 🌈

Got back home from vacation ready to dig deep and try to make some body progress. New mesocycle and Maintenance diet are locked in to start tomorrow, new protein ordered, and grocery pickup + meal prep is tomorrow. Vacay always has a way of reminding me how much work I still have to do 🫠 💪🏻 😤
