Personal view, I think all engineers should have to work retail sales early in their career. Mainly because it helps you understand how hard it is to build products for the masses. It forces you to have to have broad tailored views on what makes a product work.

doing more healthy adventures...the latest one is now I have a CPAP. Finally after years of thinking of having sleep apnea, I got it confirmed and last week I got the machine. So been sleeping with it for a week and not exactly feeling any different, except i'm getting more REM sleep and lower BPM

This year has been about self improving. First was the mental health aspects (ADHD management and long term behavioral check ins). Then it's the physical aspects, hitting the gym. I finally did a sleep study and found out I have sleep apnea. doesn't shock me but now it's time to get treating.
