I have politely and eloquently (for me) asked management at several levels more than once why 60% office attendance has been mandated. Other than "cos your contract says so" I haven't had an answer. There's no quantifiable financial or effectiveness benefit to back the decision

Last time we took him to an "unusual" activity was Rock Up at Meadowhall. He's now done a nationally recognised 12 week programme and loves it. Goes every week. We encourage him to try anything once: activities, food etc. They might just like it. "You can't be what you can't see". Or your kids
