Politico: "The latest Private Eye pulls various data together to suggest the Rachel Reeves agricultural inheritance tax changes might be having the intended impact: pushing tax-avoiders out of farmland and making it more affordable for real farmers." (Cont.)

Ed Miliband! The country is with you, even if the right wing newspapers abd their cheerleaders are not.

One reason England does so well is our second generation immigrants outperform their peers which is not true in most OECD countries. We are also very good at integration. And it's v sad that this is never acknowledge in debates on immigration.

Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage and Jacob Rees-Mogg conspired with a foreign fascist to overthrow the elected British PM, Theresa May. It’s right there in the #Epsteinfiles

One of the most disgusting, brutal and unpunished child‑abuse networks in the world… And the usual voices who claim to care about ‘women and girls’ have nothing to say. We see you.

Wow - those are quite phenomenal headlines given the details of the story. Ahh look, he’s just a ‘nerdy’ guy. No harm done. You need to scroll down to paragraph 13 of the Sky piece to find the full story! 🧵 1/9

Labour has yet another new faction, Mainstream, with some fairly big name backers, including Andy Burnham and a slew of MPs. Not a squeak about Brexit or other big issues, but I guess it's early days... www.mainstreamlabour.org

It might be time to stop treating Farage as if he's some sort of special confidante of Trump. The human skid mark hasn't got a clue what's going on in the White House, as the Chagos situation demonstrated, or what on earth Trump will do next.

I'm not easily shocked, but the sight of individuals cheering on the richest man in the world as he takes away vital aid to the most desperate people on this Earth has shocked me. There are good people. There are bad people. Then there's Elon Musk and his empathy devoid flesh failure followers.

I seem to have upset the Nigel Farage fan club - so let me be clear. This man sows hate, lies and division. He is a grifter and a conman. He does not represent the vast majority of Britons. Repost if you agree P.s. multiculturalism is great.

New research from the IFS showing the closure of youth centres during the 2010s was shortsighted. For every £1 saved, the costs to affected users, crime victims and public spending in the police and the criminal justice system amount to £2.85 ifs.org.uk/publications...
