In the past week my phone had an extended holiday in Ely and a trip in the post. I had an issue with Openreach sending an engineer who struggled to find the property and was ultimately unable to complete the job because nobody thought to maybe have a look beforehand and think about how to do it.

Well, that was a day. Set off at 7.30 to get to a 10.16 (yes) appointment. Found out that there is no further surgery in the iminent future for lack of funding. Train cancelation meant a bus followed by a yomp through Boro to get the next train which then took me one stop too far against my will....
