10 years ago today... I took my 3 kids along to appear in a music video called 'Generation F*cked' – where we 'took over' Parliament Square and protested with Rage Against the Machine's Timmy C. We broke 5 UK laws in the process. Then all scarpered to Camden where Tim played Punk all night. Fun!

Well there's a surprise...NOT 'An Essex Reform UK councillor who was elected last week has resigned and has been expelled from the party'

That's the first time ever I've cheered an Arsenal goal, and the first time ever I've breathed a sigh of relief that a last minute equaliser against them was disallowed. I'm a Chelmsford Spurs fan, there are a lot of us who probably dislike West Ham more than the gooners. This scenario is a one off!
