I’ve worked in comms for my whole life. It used to be a matter of professional pride (and sometimes survival) to proofread material before publication, and follow style guides re punctuation and upper/lower case usage. This, from a major blue-chip financial services organisation, makes me weep 🤷‍♀️

No. 1 son and mate currently 20km into their first 95km ultra marathon up and over and along the South Downs. Began with a 200m incline to give them a taste of the challenges ahead.
