I had my first PT session for vertigo today (Epley maneuver for BPPV) and wow was that weird! It definitely did...something, and it also made me nauseous. I need another couple of sessions, but I'm hopeful it will help with my increasing issues with balance and lightheadedness. Bodies are odd.

Got my annual bloodwork done and mostly good news. Still SLIGHTLY pre-diabetic, but only by a fraction and better than last year. But my potassium levels were very elevated, even though I rarely eat salty or high potassium foods. Dr. Internet says high potassium indicates kidney problems. WTF? 1/2

Tomorrow I'll have my twice-a-year injection of Prolia to support bone strength while taking post-cancer meds. The shot itself is easy, even if it does burn like a B*TCH going in. I'll be tired for a bit. Such a bargain at $9,800. After insurance, it's "only" $350. What a great system we have...😑

I spent hours yesterday at the food pantry assembling “summer bags” for children of our clients who are missing school breakfasts & lunches during the summer. Stews, mac & cheese, oatmeal, fruit cups, juice, milk, etc. And some fun stuff like chips and cookies. Who wants children to go hungry??
