When I started trying to lose weight, I focused on never being under 220 in my life. Once I did that, it gave me confidence and I felt like 205 was a good goal. UFC Light Heavyweight seemed right. I didn't think I would get there, but it was a goal. This week I weighed in at 198.6 #weightloss
