If I am reading this correctly, China's oil refineries are specifically designed for processing Venezuelan crude oil. They've invested $17 billion in Venezuela. Unless China adjusts refineries, the other options for China are crude oil from Canada and Mexico. www.forbes.com/sites/guneyy...
